While our fire district is staffed 24 hours around the clock, 7 days a week for emergency services, our normal operating business hours are Monday thru Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. If you are unable to reach someone and you feel your need to be an emergency, please hang up and dial 9-1-1.

Website Accessibility Policy
Waterloo-Morada Fire Protection is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Waterloo-Morada Fire Protection
has a policy of providing an accessible website compatible with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) and
