Last night the Waterloo Morada Fire District Board said goodbye to a longtime friend and volunteer. Bill Snyder (pictured on the left) joined the WMFD in 1986 as a Volunteer Firefighter. In 1996, he was elected to the Board of Directors and has served with dedication for 23 years. Bill retired from San Joaquin County Public Works a few years ago and plans to do more traveling. Everyone here at the district is thankful for Bill's dedication and commitment to the fire service and the citizens we serve. Bill says a highlight of his tenure was being involved with the passing of Measure N and is comfortable leaving the district in a better place than when he started. Thanks Bill.
